Key information about urgent mission requests, shipment suitability, FRA access, customs, insurance-sensitive shipments, tracking and confirmation.
No. A request is reviewed first. A mission is only accepted after written confirmation.
For urgent mission requests, the structured availability form is preferred because it captures route, pickup, delivery, shipment and timing details in one place. If a broker app, dispatch workflow or email process is already in use, that workflow can continue.
Urgent requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. Confirmation depends on courier availability, starting time from Frankfurt, routing, customer requirements, shipment suitability, documentation, timing and destination feasibility.
Helpful details include route, pickup window, delivery deadline, contents, value, dimensions, weight, packaging, contacts, receiver authorization and available customs or export documents.
The request is reviewed. If information is missing or risks exist, clarification follows. A mission is only accepted if route, timing, documentation and shipment suitability are plausible and acceptance has been confirmed in writing.
OnBoardCourier24 is operated from Frankfurt am Main. My operational starting point is around 15–25 minutes from Frankfurt Airport (FRA). There is no office or counter at the airport; the strength is personal travel readiness from FRA.
Typical requests include aircraft parts, AOG-related small consignments, automotive spare parts, documents, selected medical or life-science items, data media, ship spares, fashion garments and other critical small consignments. Every shipment is reviewed individually.
Lithium batteries, power banks and electronics must be reviewed before acceptance. Airline rules, IATA restrictions, battery type, watt-hour rating, packaging, documentation and whether the item is carried in cabin or checked baggage can all affect feasibility.
Dangerous goods are not accepted automatically. Dangerous, restricted, regulated or unclear goods require individual review and may be rejected if they are not suitable for passenger hand-carry transport or if documentation is incomplete.
Unclear, prohibited, undocumented or passenger-hand-carry-unsuitable contents are not accepted. Storage, cargo screening, Regulated Agent services or automatic acceptance without written confirmation are also not offered.
Selected pharma, medical or temperature-sensitive shipments may be possible only after review of content, temperature range, packaging, documentation, route, transit time and handover requirements. No suitability is assumed before written confirmation.
High-value items require careful review of value, documentation, packaging, customs requirements, airline handling, insurance position and handover process. A customer-side transport insurance may be required.
Depending on size, weight, airline rules and customs requirements, some hand-carry missions may involve cabin baggage or checked baggage. Feasibility and risk must be reviewed before acceptance.
The customer or shipper is responsible for correct goods descriptions, values, HS codes, export/import documents, permits and customs declarations unless a separate qualified party is appointed. OBC24 can review whether documents are present, but does not assume responsibility for incorrect customs data.
Yes. A realistic goods value is important for the feasibility review. It affects customs documents, insurance position, risk assessment, airline handling and handover process.
No. Mission-specific documentation, handover confirmation and POD can be provided where required. Internal forms, workflows and templates are not published publicly.
No. OnBoardCourier24 is an independent On Board Courier / hand-carry service. It is not a classic freight forwarder, cargo warehouse, storage provider, Regulated Agent or Known Consignor, and it does not perform regulated air-cargo security screening.
Mission updates can be provided at agreed milestones such as pickup, airport arrival, export, boarding, arrival, import and delivery. Tracking-device or live-location support may be possible if required and agreed in advance.
The tracking demo is an example view using anonymised demo data. Real tracking is only intended for confirmed missions through an individual access route or an agreed communication workflow.
Where agreed, delivery can be documented by a proof of delivery or handover confirmation with recipient details, time, location and condition notes according to the mission workflow.
