Dangerous goods, restricted items, temperature-sensitive shipments, very high values or unclear customs details require individual review and may not be suitable for hand-carry transport.

For the first review, pickup location, destination, time window, shipment description, dimensions, weight, value and available documents are essential. Internal document templates are not published publicly; mission-specific documentation can be coordinated where required for a confirmed assignment.
