On Board Courier from Frankfurt / FRA

Time-critical shipments personally accompanied on board.

OnBoardCourier24 handles hand-carry missions from Frankfurt. Every accepted mission is carried personally from collection to handover at destination.

Direct communication, careful preparation and responsibility throughout the journey are part of the assignment. A request is not an acceptance: pickup timing, route, dimensions, weight, airline requirements, documents and the destination handover window are considered together before a mission is accepted.

Before acceptance

A mission does not begin at departure.

The earliest flight on a screen is not automatically the earliest handover. Shipment readiness, travel to the airport, check-in, baggage acceptance, connections, immigration or customs and the receiver’s time window all affect the route.

With a tight deadline, time can be lost before departure just as easily as after landing. A mission is accepted only when collection, the airport process, the route and final handover leave a realistic path to the destination.

Collection
When is the shipment actually ready, and how much time remains before check-in or baggage acceptance?
Flight
Nonstop options, connections, airline requirements and baggage handling are weighed against the real handover window.
Handover
Landing is not the end: immigration, baggage reclaim, customs, onward travel and receiver availability determine the actual handover.

During the mission

An accepted shipment stays personally accompanied.

From collection to handover, responsibility stays with the same person. Status updates follow the agreed milestones. If timing, the flight or the handover changes en route, the client is updated when it matters to the assignment.

Process

From request to handover at destination.

Four stages show what happens next. Sending a request does not mean the mission has been accepted.

  1. 01

    Mission details

Collection point, destination, time window, dimensions, weight, contents and value.

  2. 02

    Route & timing

Flight options, airline requirements, documents and the real handover time are weighed together.

  3. 03

    Acceptance & collection

A mission begins only after written acceptance. Personal collection follows.

  4. 04

    Journey & handover

Status updates during the journey; the shipment is handed over personally at destination. POD as agreed.

Frankfurt / FRA

Close to Frankfurt Airport and ready to travel internationally.

The Frankfurt base is around 15–25 minutes from Frankfurt Airport. German passport, German and English, airline status across major alliances, selected travel authorisations, BahnCard 50 and international phone roaming support assignments beyond Germany.

The route available for any mission still depends on the shipment, timing, airline, entry and customs requirements and the destination.

Mission request

Send mission details

Send route, shipment readiness, required handover and shipment details in one flow. For time-critical requests, this reduces follow-up questions and gives OBC24 the information needed for a useful response.

If communication already runs through a broker app, dispatch system or email, that route can continue.

A submitted request is not an accepted mission. Acceptance follows only when availability, route, shipment details, documents, timing and destination can work together.
