Request & data
Route, pickup, delivery, dimensions, weight, contents, value and delivery windows are collected.
Based in Frankfurt, around 15–25 minutes from Frankfurt Airport (FRA). OnBoardCourier24 is my personal profile as an independent On Board Courier / flight courier: I travel with the goods myself, either in the cabin or as checked baggage depending on size, airline rules and shipment suitability.
Every mission is reviewed personally before confirmation — including availability, routing, customer requirements, shipment suitability, timing, documentation and destination feasibility.
I review every request myself and confirm only what is operationally sensible, documentable and personally feasible.
For fast availability checks, the structured request form is the best route. It provides route, pickup, delivery, timing and shipment details in one place for a feasibility review.
Submission does not create a confirmed mission. Confirmation follows only after personal review and written acceptance.
Availability, pickup window, flight options, airline handling, customs sensitivity, documents, handover requirements and possible risks are reviewed before acceptance. Existing broker or dispatch workflows can remain the primary communication channel.
The website does not replace a case-by-case review. It shows how a request is turned into a reliable mission decision.
Route, pickup, delivery, dimensions, weight, contents, value and delivery windows are collected.
I check availability, FRA access, flight options, airline rules, documents and destination constraints.
A mission is only accepted after clear written confirmation. Before that, it remains a review.
Once accepted, I accompany the shipment personally and document status and handover as agreed.
The following examples describe typical situations without publishing internal customer documents or templates.
Small time-critical parts where downtime, routing and handover windows matter.
Production-critical components, samples or service parts with narrow timing requirements.
Garments, garment bags and sensitive samples where handling and delivery need close coordination.
Shipments where personal accompaniment, a direct route and traceable handover are more important than standard shipping.
Mission-specific documentation, handover confirmation and POD can be provided where required. Internal templates are not published publicly.
OnBoardCourier24 is not a large freight network or an anonymous courier platform. The assignment is handled by me personally: I collect the goods, travel with them and provide agreed updates during the mission.
Shipment suitability depends on route, airline rules, customs requirements, documentation, dimensions, weight and applicable regulations.
Time-critical aircraft parts and AOG-related hand-carry requirements, reviewed individually before acceptance.
Urgent automotive components for production, testing or service situations.
Personally accompanied fashion shipments such as garment bags, dresses, samples and event-critical pieces.
Important documents requiring personal transport and direct routing.
Selected medical or life-science consignments, subject to content, documentation and route review.
Critical data carriers requiring personal hand-carry transport.
Urgent parts for vessels, ports, shipyards and maritime operations.
Small critical parts for production, machinery or field-service situations.

Once confirmed, the hand-carry mission is performed and updates are provided as agreed.
Examples are anonymised and simplified to show the type of review, not to disclose customer workflows.
Urgent aircraft part review from Frankfurt with route, export documentation and handover timing checked before confirmation.
Small production-critical component with tight plant delivery window, airline routing and receiver handover coordinated before departure.
Event-critical fashion shipment where dimensions, handling, customs documents and final handover location determine feasibility.
During an accepted mission, updates can be provided at key operational points: pickup, airport, export, boarding, arrival, import and final delivery. Existing broker apps, dispatch workflows or email updates can remain the primary communication channel.
ETA to pickup, arrival at pickup location and pickup completed.
En route to the airport, airport arrival, check-in and export/customs status where relevant.
Boarding, departure, flight landed and relevant routing updates.
Immigration, shipment retrieval, import status and ETA to final delivery.
Delivery completed, POD or handover confirmation according to the agreed workflow.
If required and agreed in advance, a tracking device or live-location workflow can support shipment visibility.
Close status updates along the agreed mission workflow.
German passport, German and English language, airline status across major alliances, selected travel authorizations, BahnCard 50 and international phone roaming.
Use this form to send route, pickup, delivery and shipment details in a structured way. For urgent requests, this form is the preferred contact route because the key mission data needed for a fast review is provided directly.

A submitted request is not an accepted mission. Availability, routing, customer requirements, shipment suitability, timing, documentation and destination feasibility must be reviewed first.
